Exercise is good for us all


Exercising dogs has the following benefits:

  • keeps your dog healthy, happy, agile & limber
  • improves their digestion
  • reduces pent up energy
  • makes them more relaxed & sleepy
  • creates a bond with humans and other dogs, making for a healthier pet
  • builds confidence & trust if your dog is shy


If an animal isn’t exercised daily, they may:

  • become lonely
